Day by Day

Day 1
Arrive in Mombasa, where our team welcomes you before transferring to your accommodation. Spend the rest of the day relaxing, settling into the coastal atmosphere, and preparing for the adventures ahead.

Day 2 (Kisite & Wasini)
Today we head south to Shimoni for one of Kenya's most spectacular marine experiences.
Board a traditional dhow at Shimoni Jetty and sail across the Indian Ocean to Kisite Marine Park, famous for its crystal-clear waters and vibrant coral reefs. Spend time snorkeling among colourful marine life before continuing to Wasini Island for a delicious Swahili seafood lunch and a relaxed island experience.
Return in the evening with unforgettable memories of Kenya's underwater paradise.
Overnight at the resort
Day 3
Escape to the peaceful Robinson Island in the morning, where white sandbanks, shallow turquoise waters, and beautiful scenery create the perfect island getaway.
Enjoy time exploring, swimming, relaxing, taking photographs, and soaking in one of Kenya's hidden coastal treasures.
This is a slow day, so you return to the hotel to unwind until evening, transfer via a tuk-tuk, and enjoy local transportation to Kongo River.
Cross the river by canoe as mangrove forests surround you and the Indian Ocean stretches into the distance. This peaceful setting offers incredible photography opportunities and a chance to appreciate the natural beauty of the South Coast.
Spend the remainder of the evening enjoying leisure time at the beach and just may be a beach bonfire before you head back to the resort for overnight.
Day 4
Today is a celebration of Swahili culture and coastal beauty.
Our first stop is the historic village of Gazi, home to one of Kenya's oldest mangrove ecosystems and a vibrant coastal community. Here, you'll enjoy an authentic Swahili lunch prepared with fresh local ingredients, offering a true taste of the Kenyan coast.
After lunch, we'll continue to the breathtaking Chale Island, Kenya's only private island resort. Surrounded by turquoise waters and white sandy beaches, you'll have time to swim, relax, stroll along the shoreline, or simply soak in the serenity of this tropical paradise.
This day perfectly blends culture, cuisine, and relaxation.

Day 5
After a leisurely morning, we make our way to historic Mombasa for one of the most memorable experiences of the journey.
Step aboard a traditional Swahili dhow and sail through the calm waters as the city skyline slowly fades into the horizon. Feel the ocean breeze, watch the changing colours of the sky, and experience the timeless charm of Kenya's oldest coastal city from the water.
As the sun dips below the horizon, the dhow offers front-row seats to one of the most spectacular sunsets on the Kenyan coast-a fitting finale to your Ocean Horizon Journey.
Return to your accommodation with memories that will stay with you long after the journey ends.
Day 6
Enjoy a relaxed morning before checking out.
Depending on your departure time, you may enjoy some final moments by the ocean before your transfer back to Mombasa or the airport.
As your journey comes to an end, you'll leave with more than photographs-you'll take home stories, friendships, and memories of Kenya's incredible coastline.
